Aromatherapy Wellness With Bath Salts

So, today we’ll learn how to make aromatherapy wellness bath salt. It just requires a few ingredients and is extremely simple to make. The good thing is you can change the essential oils used in this recipe to fit your mood. All you need to do is follow the recipe below and amend your bath salts as per your need and occasion.

  • 1 Cup Epsom Salt (Great source of magnesium, which helps the body produce energy)
  • 1 Cup Organic Sea Salt (Much hailed for its health providing minerals and therapeutic benefits)
  • ½ Baking Soda (Makes water less tough on skin and makes the blend silkier soft)
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Almond Oil/ Fractionated Coconut Oil/ jojoba Oil (Helps in diluting essential oils)
  • 20 Drops of your favorite essential oil. If you’re using more than 1 essential oil, keep the parts equal for each essential oil.

  • Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients in 2 separate bowls.
  • Then mix them together until well combined avoiding lumps.
  • Transfer the infused bath salt to an airtight container and place it in a cool dark place away from sunlight and heat to prevent moisture.

Fill in your bathtub completely with water as much as you require. Take a cup full of the bath salt and pour it in while you’re in the tub. As soon as the salts get into water, the essential oils will start to work on your skin, getting into your pores and straight inside your body to provide the serene experience you’ve craved for. You’ll forget your SPA experience once you get into these wellness bath salts that are all organic and customizable. Check the graphic for more aromatic bath salt blend options!
