Happy Thursday Guys! With essential oils in life, and ones that are USDA Certified Organic, like ours, life can't get any better 🙂
That said, we would like to promote positivity today. One small positive thought can change the lens from which we view the world. As mentioned earlier, EOs have direct impact on our emotions. They have strong aromatic scents and each one has a different impact on our emotions. The choice of Essential Oil depends on what kind of physical or mental stress you are burdened with and want to do away with.
Try:
- Bergamot, Lemon, or Wild Orange – To feel happy and uplifted
- Peppermint or Spearmint – To give you a wake-up call
- Helichrysum, Spikenard or Lavender – To drive away symptoms of depression
- OR any of the essential oils listed below for a positive energy flow given the intensity of negative energy you are feeling:
Rosemary, Patchouli, Frankincense, Sweet Marjoram, Pine, Clary Sage, Melaleuca, Ginger, Geranium, Juniper Berry, or Thyme
NOTE: Essential oils are concentrated and must be diluted before usage. Use a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut oil to dilute for topical application to avoid skin sensitivity.
