Hello wellness freaks and welcome back!

Today is Monday and Mondays motivate us to think out of the box. We have been discussing beauty through and through and today we thought of discussing some unique problems this week which will not be less cared about.

Now it's time to discuss smelly feet, which are quite embarrassing if we take off our shoes and the stink lingers into someone’s nose, making us feel like rushing out of the place before someone notices. This does sound nasty but, we really need to understand why someone’s feet stink in the first place. Is it something concerning hygiene? Unfortunately, yes! Along with other causes like stress, genetics, bacteria or fungal infections, hyperactive sweat glands, hormonal changes, or an injury that is not being taken care of.

Sweaty feet are the top reason for stinky feet, also known as bromhidrosis. This greatly impact one’s ability to socialize with people. The good news is, it's not a permanent condition and with only little care at home with some DIY recipes you can do away with it. But before you jump into trying our suggested antifungal foot powder, the important thing is to make sure your routine is clean and hygienic 🙂

Checklist below can help:

  • Always keep your feet and area between toes dry.
  • Regularly trim toenails to avoid any bacteria/ fungus.
  • Use an antibacterial soap to wash your feet.
  • Do not use same shoes every single day and keep rotating from flip flops to pumps.
  • Always wear clean and washed socks and make sure you wear 100% cotton socks.
  • Have a balanced diet, rich in fiber and drink a lot of water.

That’s it! If you’re already doing all of this and want some cherry on top to make your feet smell great and fresh, try our DIY above.
