Organic Lime Essential Oil
Lime has been used for centuries in cooking, cleaning, personal care and aromatherapy. Limes are grown throughout the year, mostly in warmer climates like those of tropical regions and subtropical regions. Botanically known as Citrus Aurantifolia, Lime has a fresh citrusy flavor, so as the scent of the oil derived from it. Limes are usually found on short shrubs. Once the fruit is ready, the citrus aurantifolia is harvested. The peel that contains the highest amount of Vitamin C, is steam-distilled to produce this tart, refreshing essential oil.
