Botanically known as Argania Spinosa, it is a genus of flowering plants. The trees grow to a height of 8 to 10 m and live up to approximately 200 years. They have a wide spreading crown and are thorny. The leaves of Argan tree are small with the length ranging from 2 to 4 m and the shape of these leaves being oval. It also has small flowers with five pale yellow-green petals. The flowering takes place in the month of April.
