Organic Clove Essential Oil

Clove, botanically known as Eugenia caryophyllata can be found in nature as unopened pink flower buds of the tropical evergreen tree. Picked up by hand in late summer and again in winter, the buds are dried until they turn brown. The buds are then left whole, ground into a spice or are steam-distilled to produce organic clove essential oil.

Grapefruit essential oil is actually extracted from the peel of the fruit. The most important constituent in grapefruit essential oil is limonene, which ranges from 88 to 95 percent. Limonene is usually found concentrated in the peels of the grapefruit, where the oil is extracted from. Grapefruit essential oil is a potent extract derived from the Citrus X Paradisi grapefruit plant. Pretty much like its other citrus counterparts, Grapefruit essential oil is derived from the rind of this fruit through cold-pressing.
