Essential Oil Kit For Firefighters

Respiratory & Digestion Support: 

  • In a 10 ml Roller bottle add 10 drops of Peppermint EO 
  • 5 drops of Lemon EO 
  • Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil. Roll on back of the neck right before a call for respiratory relief 
  • For digestion roll it on your abdomen and massage 

Skin Burns & Stress Support: 

  • 10 ml roller bottle  
  • 10 drops of Lavender EO 
  • Fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil 
  • Apply directly to skin burn  
  • For stress diffuse 3 drops of the mixture in a diffuser 

Muscles Relief: 

  • 7 drops of Peppermint EO in a roller bottle rest of which is filled with fractionated coconut oil 
  • Rub a dub on the muscles and joints for instant relief 

Sleep in Serenity: 

  • 2 drops of Cedarwood EO 
  • 1 drop of Lavender EO 
  • Add it in your diffuser before bed and sleep deep to relax mind and body before the next call 

Go Grease-free: 

  • Add 3 drops of Lemon EO 
  • 2 drops of Tea Tree EO 
  • 1 Tsp of dish soap to do away with grease 

Body Detox: 

  • To support detoxification, add 1 drop of Lemon EO in a glass of water and SLURRRRP
